Pricing
How much will my move cost?
It depends on how much you have and the access at both ends. Pick your home size in the quote form and you'll see your range straight away.
Is there a minimum?
Yes. 3 hours, plus a 30 minute call-out on every job.
When does the clock start and stop?
From when we arrive at your pickup until the last item is placed at your new place.
Do stairs cost extra?
There's no stair fee. Stairs take longer and you pay for the time. Tell us about them so we send the right crew.
Are there any other fees?
Only three: the 25% Sunday surcharge, road tolls and parking fees.
Booking
How far ahead should I book?
At least 3 days ahead.
Do you work weekends?
Yes, 7 days. Sundays have a 25% surcharge.
Can I change my date?
Yes. Give us as much notice as you can. If you cancel within 48 hours of your move, there's a $100 fee.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer, credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex) or cash. Full payment is due an hour before we finish.
On the day
Do you supply boxes?
Yes. 25 free boxes come with every booking, dropped off before moving day. Extra boxes and packing materials are available on request from our box store. See prices
Will you take beds apart and put them back together?
Yes. We take apart and put back together everything that needs it.
What if it rains?
We keep everything dry with plastic wrap and covered loading.
Are you insured?
Yes. $20 million public liability, $100,000 goods in transit, and third party insurance on every truck.
Is there anything you won't move?
No. Pianos, pool tables, gas bottles and chemicals need special handling and can cost extra, so tell us about them when you book.
